Agreement to these terms

Divine Souls By Priya is a healing practice in Dehradun, India. Priya guides the sessions, the courses, and the charged pieces described on this site. The site is the public face of that practice. It is not a shop, and it does not take payment.

By opening these pages you agree to read them as they are written. If you do not agree, leave the site. Continuing to read, to follow a link, or to type into a form means you accept these terms for that visit.

A session, a course place, or a charged piece is arranged with Priya herself. These terms do not create that arrangement. The arrangement begins only when Priya agrees to it, by phone, by email, or on WhatsApp.

These words were written for the site as it works on 3 November 2026. If a page changes, the terms on the site at the time of your visit are the ones that apply. You can print or save a copy for yourself.

1. The practice and the site

The site describes holistic healing, tarot and divination, Vedic healing, ritual and candle work, meditation, courses, and charged pieces such as crystals, healing kits, and ritual tools. It is written so a person can understand the work before they write to Priya.

The practice is based in Dehradun. Some sessions can also be offered at a distance. The site says so where that is true. It publishes the city, not a street address. It does not take payment on the page.

You can reach Priya in the ways the site already shows: call +91 7668648224, email hello@divinesoulsbypriya.in, write on WhatsApp at the same number, or send a form. Instagram and Facebook are public pages of the practice. The map link opens the Google place for Divine Souls.

2. What the site does not do

The site does not sell a session, a course, or a product by itself. It does not take a card, and it does not start a payment. A few products show the price Priya currently asks. Healing Water is ₹1,200 for 100ml. The protection spray and the wealth spray are ₹2,100 for 100ml each. Crystals, healing kits, and ritual tools have no price on the page until she tells you.

A button that says book, enroll, enquire, or submit emails the note to hello@divinesoulsbypriya.in. If you typed your own email address, an automatic reply is sent there as well. The success line says Priya has the note. That email is a request. It is not a booking, and it is not a payment.

The site does not ask you to create an account, choose a password, or sign in. There is no public comment box, no forum, and no place for you to post a review onto the site.

3. A note left on a form

Book, enroll, enquire, and contact forms ask for a name, a way to reach you, and what you have in mind. When you submit, those words are emailed to Priya. They are not saved in a database on this website, and they are not shown on a public page.

Until you submit, the words stay in the browser. After you submit, the email is the copy she receives. Do not use a form for an emergency. Call local emergency services, or call or WhatsApp +91 7668648224.

If you do type a note, you are responsible for what it says. Do not include another person’s private story unless you have the right to share it, and do not include anything you are not willing to see on your own screen.

4. Sessions, courses, and pieces

A healing session, a reading, a course, or a charged piece is personal. Priya decides, with you, whether the work is a fit and what form it should take. The pages describe the kinds of work. They do not guarantee a date, a method, or an outcome.

Healing and divination are not a medical diagnosis and not a substitute for a doctor, a counsellor, or emergency care. If you are in danger, or someone else is, contact local emergency services. Do not wait for a reply from this site.

Courses described here are taught by Priya. A place on a course is not reserved by the enroll form. Products described here are charged pieces from the practice. An enquire button does not reserve a piece and does not start a payment.

5. Words, pictures, and the name

The writing, photographs, illustrations, and layout on this site belong to the practice, or are used with permission. The name Divine Souls By Priya, and the mark in the navigation, identify the practice. You may not copy them onto another site, a product, or an advertisement as if they were yours.

You may read the pages, and you may share a link to a page, for a personal reason. You may not copy the pages into a collection, a database, or a product, and you may not scrape them with a script.

If you want to use a photograph, a passage, or the name for anything beyond a private link, write to hello@divinesoulsbypriya.in and wait for a yes. Silence is not permission.

6. What you agree not to do

Use the site to read about the practice and, if you choose, to reach Priya. Do not use it for anything else. In particular, you agree not to:

• Break the site, overload it, or try to get into a part that is not a public page.
• Copy the code, the text, or the pictures in order to build a competing site or a product.
• Pretend to be Priya, Divine Souls, or another person writing from this practice.
• Send a script, a robot, or a scraper to pull names, numbers, or page text.
• Upload or transmit a virus, or anything meant to interrupt the pages.
• Use the phone number, the email, or WhatsApp to harass, threaten, or mislead Priya or anyone else.
• Collect addresses from the site in order to send unsolicited mail.
• Frame the site inside another site so that it looks like someone else’s work.
• Remove a credit, a copyright line, or the handcrafted note in the footer and present the pages as unmarked.

7. Messages you send to Priya

A call, an email, a WhatsApp message, or a form sent from this site is a private note to Priya. It is not published on this site. She may keep the email for as long as she needs in order to answer you and to carry out the work you asked about.

Do not send anything you do not have the right to send. Do not send another person’s medical detail, a private photograph, or a story that is not yours to share, unless they have agreed.

Priya may decline a session, a course place, or a piece. She may also stop a conversation that is abusive or that asks her to do something the practice does not offer. These terms do not force her to accept every request.

8. Words already on the site

Some pages include words from people who have sat with Priya. Those lines were given as reviews elsewhere, including on Google, and are shown here with the person’s name as it was published. They are not a form you can fill in on this site.

A review is that person’s account. It is not a promise that your session will feel the same. The practice does not edit a person’s words in order to invent a result.

9. Links that leave

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, the email link, the phone link, and Google Maps open those other services. What you do there follows their terms and their privacy rules, not only these pages.

A link is not an endorsement of every post on that service. The practice is responsible for the pages it writes here, and for the accounts it names. It is not responsible for a comment a stranger leaves on a social network.

10. Changes, mistakes, and time offline

Pages can be corrected when a line is wrong, a course changes, or a description needs to be clearer. A correction can appear without a separate email to every reader, because the site does not keep a mailing list.

The site can be unreachable while it is updated or while the host has a fault. There is no promise that every page will open at every moment. If a page is down, call or email Priya.

A price on a product page is the amount Priya currently asks for that piece. It can change when she changes the page. It is not a checkout, and the form under it does not take the money. If a number looks wrong, ask her before you rely on it.

11. Privacy and cookies

How a note is handled, and what the site does not keep, is written on the Privacy Policy. What the browser may store, and what this site does not set, is written on the Cookie Policy. Those two pages are part of these terms. If they disagree with a casual line elsewhere, the legal page is the one to follow.

12. No promised outcome

The pages are offered as they are, so you can read about the practice. They are not a warranty that a session will change a particular part of your life, that a course will qualify you for a title, or that a charged piece will act in a particular way.

To the extent the law allows, the practice is not liable for a loss that comes only from reading the site, from a request she has not yet agreed to, or from a third-party page you opened from a link. A session you later agree with Priya is a separate conversation, and its limits belong in that conversation, not in the form.

Nothing here takes away a right you have under the law of India that cannot be waived.

13. The place of the practice

The practice is in Dehradun, India. These terms are written for that practice and for this site. They are not a filing with a court, and they do not name an arbitrator. If you have a complaint about the site, start by writing or calling Priya, and say which page you mean.

If a line in these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms still stand. Not insisting on a line today does not erase it.

14. How to ask

For a question about these terms, or about a page, call, email, or use the contact form. The form sends the question to her by email. It does not publish it.
